1. Who we are
व्यक्तिगत संवाद is operated by Inovare Services. You can reach us at personal@inovareservices.com for any privacy question or request.
2. Information we collect
Account details supplied when you sign in with your phone number (phone number, name, optional photo, date of birth, city, preferred language); the content you send the assistant (text, voice recordings and their transcripts, images and documents); items the assistant extracts from that content; device contact names only if you grant contacts permission; and technical data such as device push tokens needed to deliver reminders.
3. How we use it
To run the assistant: understanding what you sent, organising it, answering your questions, and reminding you. We also use aggregate, non-identifying usage information to improve reliability and to enforce plan limits.
4. Processors we rely on
Phone sign-in is handled by Google Firebase. Content understanding uses a third-party large language model provider under a contract that prohibits training on your data. Storage and databases are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose data only to the processors above, or where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your content until you delete it or close your account. Individual items can be deleted in the app at any time. Account deletion removes messages, extracted items, files and your account record within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Files are stored in private buckets and served only through short-lived signed links. Access to production data is restricted and logged.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw contacts or notifications permission at any time from your device settings.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will notify you in-app before any material change to this policy takes effect.
