Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

Accounts are tied to a verified phone number and are personal to you. Keep access to that number secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to breach our systems, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and return that content to you as part of running the service.

5. Assistant output

The assistant uses automated understanding and can be wrong. It is not legal, financial or medical advice. Verify anything important, especially health and money records.

6. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; your account moves to the Free plan limits. Refund terms will be finalised before launch.

7. Limits and fair use

Each plan has monthly message, document and transcription limits. We may apply rate limits to protect the service from abuse.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reminders depend on your device and network delivering notifications.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the operator's registered location having jurisdiction.
